North Eastern Rescue Vehicles, Inc. is one of the largest independent ambulance dealers in the country. Our lines of quality products include: Wheeled Coach, Demers and Crestline for all of NY and VT. Road Rescue in NY, Braun in New York with the exception of Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Kings, Rockland, and Westchester counties, and Medix Ambulances in New England. We have 10 extremely qualified area representatives serving New York and New England. Our business has been built through service, one customer at a time.

HISTORY OF NERV

In the late 80’s, Bob Reilly, President of North Eastern Rescue Vehicles, started selling vehicles part time with his then partner, Bob Barnes. At that time, Bob Reilly was a nationally registered paramedic working with/for Bob Barnes who owned Eastern Paramedics of Syracuse, NY. From these humble beginnings, in 2000 North Eastern Rescue Vehicles, Inc. was founded.

From a commitment to service and an understanding of our client’s needs, we have grown our organization’s territory and team. In June of 1995, Bob’s Signs was founded to continue to evolve the company. Bob’s Signs is our in-house graphics company that allows us to handle all aspects of emergency vehicle graphics.

Representing many of the industry’s premier manufacturers, we constantly strive to find innovative solutions to the industry’s evolving challenges. In 2020, this led to the formation of UsedAmbulances.com. Focused on creating a transparent and frictionless used ambulance buying experience, we’re excited to extend our values that you can find in our new ambulance buying experience, now in the used ambulance market.

Today, with a second generation joining the team along with many long term service, sales and administrative personnel, we’re as committed as ever to deliver selection, service and support.

In the shop we have dedicated EVT and SAE trained service technicians, along with our parts professionals. In addition, we have a long standing history of "To Your Door Service." Our 3 Road Service Vans are specifically stocked and focused on only one thing: Ambulance Repair and Maintenance.

NERV has a rigorous sanitation process that every vehicle undergoes prior to delivery. Anytime you view a unit in person, be assured that NERV is following all of the protocols to mitigate risk against COVID-19.

Our mobile mechanics can come to you, or if it’s a bigger job, you can come to our facility where we have the tools and certified mechanics to get the job done.
