Bob Barnes - In 1965, Bob Barnes started to work at the family business, a small ambulance service in Syracuse, NY (Eastern Ambulance Service, Inc., later to be known as Eastern Paramedics). Since that time he has worked in just about every facet of the industry and is the third generation of the Barnes family to be involved in the ambulance/EMS in New York State. Over the years, Bob has served on numerous EMS advisory boards and councils as well as over ten years as a volunteer fireman with the Dewitt Fire Dept. Bob Reilly brings over 25 years of EMS background to his role every day at NERV, Inc. From his start as an EMT in Utica, NY to his time as a Nationally registered Emergency Medical Technician paramedic with Eastern Paramedics in Syracuse, Bob has enjoyed both the operations and systems issues surrounding EMS. As the founder of EMSOncall, Bob has worked with numerous agencies on issues ranging from staffing and shift deployment, to the re-design of complicated billing and CAD system implementation. Through it all, Bob's greatest joy remain working with agencies to develop vehicle specs and designs that best serve an agencies need while delivering real value.

Richard Hamilton got his introduction to the ambulance industry 25 years ago when he helped start a Braun Ambulance dealership in Texas. Over the years, he’s had the pleasure and opportunity to be involved in Dealer development, sales, management and ambulance manufacturing with a variety of ambulance products. The past ten years, working with Road Rescue and McCoy Miller, Richard’s participated at a high level to promote the growth and development of these manufacturer’s distribution networks and supported the efforts to strengthen distribution through product improvement, innovation, technology and enhanced QC processes. Richard comes to the NERV family all the way from South Carolina. His expertise with our family of products, make him a natural fit as an Executive Vice-President. Tom Walters has served his community and NYS as a volunteer Fire Fighter, EMS Provider and USAR Team Member. This, combined with emergency vehicle and general automotive industry experience, enhances his ability to assist his customers design and plan their vehicle fleets. He brings over a decade of emergency vehicles sales and service experience to NERV. Tom’s Father, Jack Walters, a retiree of 37 years with Eastman Kodak Co., also joins the NERV team to assist Tom with product sales.

Ken Jones is a retired Patrol Captain from the Schenectady County Sheriff’s Office with 35 years of service. He was an EMT for 25 years between Mohawk Ambulance, Rotterdam Ambulance, and White Eagle Ambulance. While at White Eagle he held the positions of Captain and CEO. He has been selling ambulances for almost 15 years!

Mike Martin comes to NERV with a strong focus on meeting customer needs and establishing long-term relationships. Retired after 20 years from ExxonMobil Corp. Mike recently was a manufacturing sales representative specializing in Whelen Emergency Lighting. Mike has started several businesses so he understands the demands and needs of the customer relationship. He is currently a volunteer fireman.
